1. Paid Plans
Refunds apply only to paid listing plans.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if:
- Payment was deducted but listing not activated
- Technical error from VastuList’s side
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be provided if:
- Listing has already gone live
- Plan validity has started
- User violates platform policies
- Refund requested due to lack of leads or sales
4. Cancellation
Users may cancel future renewals at any time. Active plans will remain valid until expiry.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
